"March ice dam over my Linden Hills kitchen was the worst claim experience I'd ever started — until Minneapolis Roof Pros got involved. My adjuster said the interior damage was from 'maintenance issues.' They came out, showed me where the ice and water shield had stopped eight inches from the eave rather than running up to the warm wall, and submitted a supplement showing the installation didn't meet Minnesota code. State Farm came back and approved the full restoration plus the re-roof."
"Selling my Nokomis house. Inspector flagged the ridge vent as 'possibly compromised.' Minneapolis Roof Pros identified exactly three feet of ridge vent that had failed at a seam from freeze-thaw cycling, replaced that section and the surrounding ridge cap, and gave me a written report I could show the buyers. Kept the full sale price."
"A late-April hail event on the I-94 corridor hit my Longfellow two-story and I knew it was bad from the dents in my gutters. Minneapolis Roof Pros walked my adjuster through the inspection on a three-way call and pointed out granule loss patterns and seal strip failures the adjuster had written as 'cosmetic.' Full replacement approved. They also documented the hail size at impact using a calibrated stone."
"Had a leak in my Kenwood craftsman for two winters that nobody could find. Two companies replaced the pipe boot. Minneapolis Roof Pros got into the attic, found the step flashing at my dormer had separated — not from storm damage, from metal fatigue after thirty Minnesota winters. The flashing had been cycling between negative twenty and ninety degrees for decades and the nail holes had elongated. Reflashed the entire dormer. No leak since."
"Full replacement on my South Minneapolis home in October. Crew showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently even with temps in the low forties, and ran a magnetic nail sweep across the entire property before they left — I've got a fenced yard and a dog. The post-job photo report documented every square of new decking they'd installed. No surprises, no change orders after the fact."
